I have a problem... (about wii sleeves, help needed)

I put in my serial #, and said I wanted 3 sleeves. it tried to go to my cart to confirm the order, but it didn't work...

So, I tried to send it again. It said, "you can only have 1 more sleeve for this Wii console". I assume that it means that the old order got through, but... there's no solid order request... :(
