I think you just call an agent and be like "Yeah, I want a policy on x vehicle", and they'll ask you what kind of coverage you want. Liability is the minimum required insurance, and comprehensive means you can do whatever and not be charged for it, or something. Shop around.

I was looking around online for a bit, and just Liability for me is at least 1,245 for the car i'm getting >.>
