Boyah isn't just down, it's not there. valentrinne.com/boyah doesn't exist anymore (404 error), and we admins are very confused.
If Snorkel is doing something, he better darn well tell us soon.
But honestly, we kind of suspect Lawlz just up and deleted it.
Update: someone actually just moved all of Boyah into Bassir's directory on Valentrinne. It's fixed.
