So, it seems that the replacement drive I got for my old external drive has just died, and I only had the darn thing for two weeks.
This is the 4th drive I've had die on me in about 2 years >_>
I think rotating media storage devices hate me.

I don't know why the first broke, but this one just stopped writing, so I restarted, and it wouldn't start.

On my old comp when stuff was in the USB port it woudnt start :/ so that just might the problem.

I've had my 120GB external one around 6 months now. I've not had a single problem with it.

silly, solid-state drives go in a binary pattern with GB...16, 32, 64, 128, etc.
