Edit: Also I really enjoy the Song of Healing and Dark world.

Saira's Song
Song of Storms (Windmill Song)
Dark World (ALttP)
Overworld Theme (TP)

And many more, I'm just unfamiliar with their names.

most zelda music tends to sound similar after a while. they need to change it up some, like they did in majora's mask.

That is a very hard choice, since there are so many of them that are just absolutely amazing. I'm not listing all of my favorites, just some that come to the top of my head at the moment :P.

The only song from Zelda I truly enjoy: The Great Sea theme from WW...it sounds so "oceany" that i love it! ;)
