Actually, it's not that kinda issue. Far as I see it, it will require a lot of coding, but that isn't the kinda thing that'll make immediate mistakes, especially if we know what we're doing =P This isn't specifically a 'social' thing per se where you need to implement it with mods and admins telling people what to do.
