Windows Media Player, and Zune for my Zune specifically, darn MSN not letting you use WMP for it.

I use several for different purposes.

Winamp for music.
Windows Media Player 11 for being a noob. (So never)
Quintessential if I'm too lazy to open Winamp.
VLC for video.

Quicktime and iTunes.

quicktime is much better than WMP to me.

I also use DivX for .avi files.
