Windows Media Player, and Zune for my Zune specifically, darn MSN not letting you use WMP for it.
In Windows Winamp(The best of all)
In Linux a less awesome Rythmbox
I'm old school.
I prefer WMP.
Is that considered old school?
If you still use 9, then yes.
VLC, DivX.
iTunes. D:
Other.
Media Player Classic.
YOUTUBE!!!!!!!
AKA other
iTunes and rarely VLC.
Media Player Classic for videos
WMP11 for music
WMP and Itunes.
All I need.
I use several for different purposes.
Winamp for music.
Windows Media Player 11 for being a noob. (So never)
Quintessential if I'm too lazy to open Winamp.
VLC for video.
Quicktime and iTunes.
quicktime is much better than WMP to me.
I also use DivX for .avi files.
iTunes for music, VLC for video.
It's called a Zune, kids.
iTunes for music and WMP for videos.
If Quicktime tries to be a whore and tries to play a .avi, I let it D:

VLC, DivX.
RIP Stage6.
Winamp for audio files, Zune for syncing my Zune and handling my music collection, and VLC for video.
Used to use Winamp, use iTunes now.
