Is it normal for the Wii to sound like a table saw while playing Brawl?

Mine does that occasionally.

mine doesn't do it that much. when ever it happens, i just turn it off, unplug it, and it'll sound fine.

Mine is.
I dunno but mine sometimes sounds like that, especially while loading stuff.
