Conker's Bad Fur Day sequel?

Now that I think about it (I actually thought of this a few days ago and remembered today), Nuts & Bolts should've been the recreation of Conker, I mean,
1. Conker + Squirrel + Nuts & Bolts = Pun
2. Conker is as much out of place with a weird wand thingy as Banjo Kazooie is
3. A recreation of Conker, though not childish, not too graphic either
4. If that game was Conker, Banjo Kazooie could've still had a sequel that was like the previous games.
If only.

In today's game industry, cute-fuzzy animal platforming characters don't do well. Ty-the Tasmanian Tiger, Crash and Spyro have seen better days. It won't happen anytime soon and Rare knows it. If they create a Conker game, it will fail financially.
