Around 4-5 PM PST, I'll be having to shutdown and restart the irc server, which is expected to take around half an hour to an hour. I actually have to phsyically shut down the entire server, hopefully it'll take less time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I do hope this is justified by some benefit to us users :)
