From February 21 to March 6, go to Gamestop to get what is for most people their first American Celebi ever.

Putting this Celebi in HG/SS will let you travel through time and battle Giovanni in this event.

Also, when Black and White come out, send this Celebi over to B/W via the Transfer Machine and then take it to GameFreak HQ in the game to get a Zorua.
