Anyone else can't get the Golden Can?

I tried for it once, never got the perfect town.  It's too much for me to bother doing, yeah, I'm lazy.  I'd like a gold rose, but it's not worth that much effort IMO, but I bet others will disagree with me.

I did it the work+cheating way. In other words, I got my town perfect, then I sat down for a couple hours and time travelled to every day for the two weeks and got the can that way, instead of actually playing every day for two weeks.

Why? Because I got my town perfect like, five days before I was going to be gone on a trip where I wasn't allowed to have my DS. :P

I waited out the five days. It wasn't that hard, either. I spent like a week getting flowers and trees, and setting them up neatly, and then I got the can 2 weeks later.

The only golden item I don't have is the net.

I've tried for it several times.  But I honestly don't like how many trees they "need" you to have in order to have perfect town status.  I arrange all of my trees a very specific way, the way I like it.

One day I might try again...  But not for a while.

It was a total brain strain but I got it :P
