You need to loosen the thoughts within. Let it be known that your mind is truly trying to feed off of you and that everyone has thoughts like these, but by becoming free from it you are learning the value of control. The value of control will allow you to change your life into much better directions than letting your hasteful and irrationally vague emotions follow everything.
