Title: "why do i need wii?"
Post by: DIMENTIO1 on December 03, 2007, 07:32:57 AM
i LOLD all the way when i saw this description of the wii @ nintendo.com:

UNEDITED:

Why do I need Wii?
Wii is not just a gaming console, it's a reason to get together with your friends and family and play today's hottest games. Wii offers legendary Nintendo franchises like Mario, Zelda and Metroid, as well as all new classics like Wii Sports and Wii Play. Create your own Mii character to star in Wii games. Play friends online over Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection or use the Internet Channel to surf the net from your sofa. You can even download classic Nintendo games using the Wii Shop Channel. Take a look around and see why your TV is not complete without Wii.

:D if you dont see the lols, the "why do i need wii?" part should be obvious.

Me: why do I need wii?

Iwata: Coz if you dont get one YOU WILL SIE!!!!!!!

ME: ONOEZ! ill get 1 NAO!

Unfortunately, we're going to have to grin and bear it. Increasing their audience medium allows Nintendo to make more money, even if it means sacrificing some of their core fans, the Nintendo loyalists who have been with them for years and keeping them alive during the N64 and GCN generation. Bottom line: Nintendo is a business. They'll do what sells.

I'm not saying "drop the Non gamers" or anything...
They should create games for both groups I say.

I believe SMG is a good example!
^_^

It had it's hard moments but the gameplay was fun/challenging enough.
