Basically, if you don't want to read the article, this 75 year old lady named Mona "The Hammer" Shaw got screwed with by Comcast after they messed up installing the Triple Play package, and proceeded to go to their office and literally smash the customer service representative's computer with her hammer.

Is Comcast really that bad? :P
