Class ring, watch(those two just about never come off), phone, almost always a music player(iPod/sansa), and if it's not a friend's house or school, my wallet, but even then I sometimes have it. Oh, and sometimes one of my rubik's cubes.

Also a lone flash drive which usually falls out of my pocket and makes me paranoid.

Besides my cell and wallet...  Lipgloss or chapstick. I honestly can't stand even the slightest feeling of my lips going dry. I'll also bring a water bottle with because I always have to have something to drink. Depending on where I'm going, I'll bring a manga to read too.
