I really don't know how to explain this one, it's...interesting. I think it literally just aired in Australia and I don't think it's going anywhere else soon.
Just watch the pilot:
I stopped watching after the first joke. That was terrible.
Bad concept. Bad art. Bad voices.
He sometimes doesn't even have a choice in the matter of transforming. The ring can tell when there's danger and forces him to.
Did I mention that the transformation lines are "You go, girl!" and "She-yeah!"?
The animation kind of reminds me of Phineas and Ferb, but way cheaper.

This is pretty bad.
You'd think that a show that features a transvestite superhero wouldn't play up to gender stereotypes.

Yeah, you know how most creators of shows that have unexpected popularity try to dissuade fans from sending them "questionable" fanart? The guy who made this doesn't.
Oh, and he's gotten death threats over it, too.

If you Google SheZow on Google image search it's mostly a bunch of pictures of the main character posing provocatively in his drag outfit with his penis showing.
It's pretty obvious that the majority of people watching the show aren't children.
Well, surprising no one, the creator has said this was made on an absolute shoestring budget. And after watching several episodes, the "she" puns only get more groan-inducing.
And yes, this will be coming to America eventually. From DHX Media, of course.

It'll probably get canceled. Well, I'm hoping.
