It looks like only 3 newcomers can fit in the spaces on the site without having to scroll down. Same with any other veteran.

right now, there are 20 starters.
(Excluding Snake)

so I think there will be about 5 more characters, (Veteran or new comer)
will be announced, so that there are a good 20-25 unlockable characters.
