[spoiler]Ok, in the beginning there was 2 books: the light prognosticus and the dark prognosticus. The dark prognosticus held all the dark secrets and dates of the world, and anybody who reads it will become contempt and never be hapy again (they will see the date of their death). Just recently a villain named Count Bleck found and stole the book from its resting place! He read it and found the secrets to destroying the universe! Thats where the Light Prognosticus comes in, it counters the events of the light one. The light prognosticus is in posession of a fellow named Merlon (the third Merlon...one in each paper mario...) Peach is kidnapped and Mario and Luigi go to Bowser's castle to save her...Bowser has nothing to do with it...

Count bleck appears and kidnapps Luigi, Bowser, and Bowser's army, but he leaves mario for somereason unconcioused...then enters Tippi, a rainbow butterly pixel thing...he takes you to Flipside, the Hub town of the sidescrolling land! Merlon greets you by asking for you to help save "all worlds" from the dark prognosticus's power... (there is then a funny thing you can do, say no to his question twice and he gets worried and you get an automatic Game Over) You may then go get your first pure heart, the items that block the dark prognosticus's power...you get peach and Bowser back and as partners to use...allong with over 10 pixl party characters (theyre the "Goombella, Kooper, Flurrie" of SPM) So you go through sidescrolling chapters (I think there is 9 or 8) like the first to get the pure hearts...Luigi ends up getting brainwashed and becoming a Dark "ninja" type guy named Mr. L:

He (along with Mario, Peach, and Bowser) eventually get killed (yes they finally have their real game overs) and go to a place called the Underwhere (the Hell of Videogames) You make a deal with Jades (rhymes with Haydes) and go to the heaven of video games: The overthere...comeplete a task and you will be rebourne back into life again...and Luigi joins you...

Well, a feather gives Mario the ability to fly or inflate like a balloon and float.

A 'fire' flower gives Luigi the ability to be invisible.

And another 'fire' flower gives Wario the ability to become Metal and able to walk into water like regular.

Is that correct? :P
