Is there a way to to tilt a layer so that it looks like a Rhombus? I want to make a 3d box effect if possible.

Yes, you can. Easily too.

You're using the most recent version right? Try the "Perspective" Tool. If that doesn't help much then try the "Shear" Tool. They're all under regular tools under that tool box with the icons to each one of em

If you can't find that I'll gladly take screenshots. If those two don't help then just try messing around with them a bit more.
