Electivire or Jolteon?

Electivire.  Jolteon is awesome (actually, all eeveelutions are), and I have a deep hatred for Electivire, but if you're going for usage instead of coolness, Electivire is definitely the better choice.

Share your team first, Electivire is a good wall breaker but Jolteon is much faster and can thus hit more things.  Electric moves aren't too common on things not Magnezone or zapdos anyway. 

Interesting note is that Vire really isn't that much bulkier then Jolteon.  Not like you'd switch in Jolteon to a physical sweeper anyway :P
Joteon has more spD in fact, while vire has a slight def (7) and hp (10) advantage.
