I do belive that Bungie was working at a Halo DS at some point of time , and that Microsoft made them cancle it , now do think that the video is fakes.

Halo will never leave microsoft, they own it. There is a youtube video that shows that it was just a moded version of GoldenEye, i'll try and track that down. Also halo:ce started as a project for ps2 and xbox, just a fun fact to throw at you.
