What, if any, phone do you have? I just got a Galaxy SIII, I've wanted to get one for a while. Kind of goes with my Android tablet.

Pretty much. People make threads and then no one really continues discussion so no one makes any threads. Look at Custom's DmC thread for an example.

I have an LG phone. Pretty generic. Gets the job done. Isn't a smart phone, though.

The thing is, threads are derailed so quickly since people just don't care anymore. Even if I were to have conversation, no one would comment on it.

I remember when people were joking about how small phones were getting and that they would eventually just be earpieces. Now we have phones with six inch screens or ones that need a bulky case to survive a two foot drop.

Yeah. I try to comment on what I can.

I remember that. Bluetooth earpieces were briefly very popular and a lot of research went into miniaturizing phones into a similar device. Have you ever noticed how annoyed people get when people use those earpieces though? I know that is one reason people don't use them.

But here we are, in the bulky, fragile, smart phone age.

texting allows you to continue on with other activities while holding a conversation limits you
it's also quicker to send 160 characters worth of poop than have a whole "hey" "hey" "*insert whatever* (15 minute conversation) "see ya" "Yeah talk to you later man"
