Depending on the console, it would probably be PC. I'd go for console if it was a shooter on the Wii, I guess.

Depends on the game.

for instance, if i had a console that would run TF2, i'd still get it for PC

Console, because my computers all have bad graphic cards.

But, if it was online, and most of NSF had it, I would also get it on PC.

Depends. If it was a game like a platformer, definitely console. Shooter, definitely PC.

PC, almost definitely. PC allows for modding, patching, and customizable controls.

If it was a shooter, PC.

PC all the way, unless the console version had bonus features the PC one didn't.
