this is the show: imagine watching kenny die once in south park, funny right? absolutely, now imagine watching him die the same way over and over again for 15 minutes. And that is the same feeling of boredom I get from this show.

There is almost no humor at all as I said. there is occaisionally some attempt at humor without the use of endless repetitive gore but not only is it not funny but its so short, theres like 10 seconds of non gore based humor in each episode and than the rest is the same poopty gore over and over again.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but Shonen is a genre. I know there's a magazine called Shonen Jump, but the genre is stuff like DBZ, Bleach, Naruto, ect. Lotta fighting, low quality writing, and filler out the ears. I didn't see any stuff like that in what I saw of Death Note.
