I cant get this last star on galaxy b4 i beat bowser again so i can play as luigi. :(

It's called Luigi's Purple Coins. Get long lines of them by doing Long Jumps. There are 150 coins, but you only need 100. After doing a Long Jump, spin in the air; this pops you up a little bit in the air and helps you land safely. And, actually, a lot of people had trouble with this level, so you're not alone...tell me if this helps.
1. Your grammar sucks, learn how to spell words, and also learn how to spell numbers.
2. I had a hard time too, it doesn't mean you suck, just get a lot of purple coins while going for the extra life at the top right corner to do it as many times as possible.
