Alright anyone know how to fix these problems I have with HL2?

The first one, sometimes people and object will be on speed:

The 2nd one, Sometimes the walls, floors, and ceilings turn into ghosts. GHOST BUSTERS GO!

anyone know how to fix these problems?

I would guess that your graphics card cant handle what you have the game running on.
