I  may be adding a couple more edits.
AND NO, HE IS NOT UBER-POWERFUL. He's actually surprisingly weak :0.
It's quite sloppy,Ii realize. It was just for fun =D.

I really hate how I've made more than 12,000 posts here. Thankfully this swaying, moving Chandelure makes it all worth it.

The "hair" is actually a Green Zapdos. Look at it and compare it to the Zapdos.
