The only two that could be useful are Focus Punch and Brick Break, but you're not getting far with 60 base attack (heck, 60 base everything, to be accurate).

I suggest a male Ralts or Heracross if you want something with good fighting moves.
Spinda's stats aren't all that great, FYI.

gallade isnt in emerald...but if you dont have blaziken, machoke/champ are also good with battling norman.
