Round One, Match Four - Light vs. Doodle

This match will take place on Friday, October 2nd through Sunday, October 4th. Please post your outcome in this thread.

Rules: You may only use the starter decks you were given. You must wipe out all of your opponent's character cards in order to win.

Hmm... I believe mine was Peach, Link, Yoshi, ZSS, Squirtle, Metal Box, Pokeball, Barrel Cannon, and Normal Nozzle. brb checking.

Odd, a problem arose; Doodle has six characters in his starter deck, whereas I only have five. EDIT: We decided that I can use Samus in addition to my PM of starter deck cards, since I don't recall getting her in a pack.

I play Peach. Peach attacks Resetti. End.
Doodle plays Samus. Resetti kills Peach. 0-1. End.
I play Link. I use Pokeball to summon Samus. Samus and Link kill his Samus. 1-1. End.
Doodle plays Waddle Dee. WD attacks Link. End.
I play Yoshi and equip him with Metal Box. Yoshi kills WD; Samus and Link kill Resetti. 3-1. End.
Doodle plays Bowser and equips him with Hammer. Bowser hurts Yoshi. End.
Everyone attacks and kills Bowser. 4-1. End.
Doodle plays ZSS and kills Yoshi. 4-2. End.
Link and Samus kill ZSS. 5-2. End.
Doodle plays Pikachu and attacks Link. End.
Link kills Pikachu. 6-2. Game End.

I'm not sure you can agree to use Samus, unless she was in your starter deck for sure. The tourny has specific rules for a reason.

As for starting doodle with an extra card, that could just be a mistake.

The point is that we both agreed to it. Also, I'm highly positive Samus was somehow in my starter deck, since I don't have any record of getting her in a pack.

Agreed to it or not, if specific rules are set, they can't be bypassed.
Also, if Samus was, one of those others was not.

I'm pretty sure Light only had Link, Yoshi,  Bulbasaur, and Peach. Look at his match with KJ in the thread.

Yeah... my deck sucks and I'm screwed. Also Resetti is broken; 9 Defense points AND 2 HP? That takes a total of 18 attack to kill with someone who has 9 Attack... D:

Anyway, I play the only character card I have left:



I attack Ganondorf with Link and Peach, but since my deck sucks, I'm screwed and there's no possible way for me to win.
