I always enjoyed Bob in the original.  Something about a purple cat and a kiddie themed house always seemed funny.

In the gamecube version, I liked Mitzi. She was in my town from the start, but she moved. :(
Hopefully in the DS version she moves into my town. :)
That Agent S dude and the guy who looks like Agent S but is an elephant look kinda cool. :P
