Problem with Vista

Re-installing Starcraft, and Vista keeps giving me an error:

"please reset your resolution to 640x890 or something like that

But my laptop screen is 1280x800 Widescreen, which means the lowest I can go is 800x600. Does this mean I can't play?

I set everything into Compatibility Mode, and still nothing >_<

There's somethin' wrong then thirteen, cause compatibility mode, down to 640 res and 256 colours works PERFECTLY.
