Honestly I'd just stick with the characters you have and get working on what goes on in the fight.

While I would love to see a battle between [spoiler]Lucario and Toon Link[/spoiler]you should probably just use the characters you have to get it done.

But, if you do have the time, use the aforementioned characters and Ice Climbers also.  8)
