I'm so glad I got Pokerus. I was EV training and felt like quitting when I went into a Pokemon Center and they told me how lucky I was.

EV training is easy.

For example, for Alakazam:

1. Use 10 Carbos and 10 Calcium.

2. Use Power Lens and Power Anklet and fight 38 Pokemon that give one Sp. Atk EV or one Speed EV each (or 19 that give two)
