it sounds fun but if that's the top of the difficulty for the game for drums i'm going to be really disappointed
even if they fully charted the double bass and I had to use one kick I think it would be too easy at this point for me
hoping for some mars volta or 21st Century Schizoid Man in the game to fill my prog needs

i wish they still had keys, the keys part sounds fun
the bass solo thing will be awesome

Harmonix better step-up its setlist game. Even though I rarely played the in-game songs on Rock Band 3, they were still solid enough that I'd play a handful of songs from time to time. If the current song list continues down this path, I'm essentially buying a new game and new hardware just to play dlc.

Because Pro Keys is like swallowing glass for any person that actually plays piano.

It's a video game. A rhythm one. It isn't supposed to be realistic dude and you should probably not be so uptight about it because that is exactly what you're doing.

Dream Theater without the keyboard parts being playable is a literal EYE ROLL for me. Sorry that you cant understand that.

0) I was attempting to say that I find the UI of Pro Keys frustrating, no more, no less. It could have been put in a considerably less opaque fashion, and for that, I apologize.
1) Pro mode was specifically designed to introduce players to actual instruments.
2) I'm not saying that playing real instruments is in any way superior to playing plastic ones. They're both skills, and they're both fun.
3) No need to immediately get defensive and blow up in my face because you didn't like my comment, bruh. It wasn't supposed to be inflammatory.

i actually don't mind this song; it'll be a good guilty-pleasure pop song a la the look

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMThe Black Keys – "Fever" - ^^^^^

agreed

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMDisturbed – "Prayer" - wtf why
it's ok

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMDuck & Cover – "Knock Em Down"
one of the bonus tracks; tried it out on youtube, pretty bleh

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMEddie Japan – "Albert"
another bonus track; tried it out on youtube, pretty nice-sounding, though i don't know about the complexity

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMFall Out Boy – "Centuries"  - awful
yep

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMHalestorm – "I Miss The Misery" -awful
not awful, just mediocre

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMHeart – "Kick It Out"
classic; great song; dunno about the replay value

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMHeaven's Basement – "I Am Electric"
I AM WHATEVER I AM WHATEVER I AM WHATEVER generic 'edgy' rock; not the worst song i've heard, but meh

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMLightning Bolt – "Dream Genie" - will be fun on drums
shame the song is just randomly wailing without much structure, however

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMRick Derringer – "Rock and Roll, Hoochie Koo"
probably a compromise for us steely dan fans; great song; kind of like funk 49

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMRush – "A Passage To Bangkok"
no more needs to be said

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMScorpions – "No One Like You"
80s cheese at its best; we're getting a rerecorded version, so expect their voices to sound very oldman

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMSlydigs – "Light The Fuse"
can't find this one on youtube; assuming bonus track

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMSoul Remnants – "Dead Black (Heart of Ice)" - will be fun on drums
will suffer from Rock Band Spoken Vocals syndrome unless they've changed the grading engine; pretty nice song instrumentally

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMSystem of a Down – "Spiders" - would be cool if it was like 2005
not really a system fan at all, but if they had to put a system song in, this would be my choice, p much the only one i can stomach other than toxicity

Quote from: Custom on August 09, 2015, 03:54:09 PMWhite Denim – "At Night In Dreams"
this one will kick ass on guitar and bass; never heard it before, but i like the song a lot
