Dratini ... water pulse?

Alright so I was on Serebii yesterday looking for moves that Dratini learned by breeding and so when I say that it could breed with Shellos I just tried it out for the heck of it. So when I checked the hatched Dratini it had WaterPulse Which according to Serebii was not a move that could be learned from breeding.

Uhh I dont think serebii shows TM moves that can be passed on to another pokemon.

It doesn't matter.

ANY TM move the Father has, that Dratini can learn, will be passed on.

Egg moves are special moves that the Pokemon can't learn ANY other way, except for breeding.
