If you're a shallow guy like the rest of the guys in my school are, then here's what will work:

-Learn what her interests are and pretend to listen when she talks about them.
-Tell her she's beautiful, even when she doesn't have make-up on.
-Feel her up every now and then. That usually gets us girls going.
-Pretend that you care what she thinks.
That's all I have to contribute. That's a guaranteed week to three weeks of dating.

And I thought my relationships were bad...

I'm not sure I know a girl who doesn't wear make-up.

Even my 6 year-old cousin wears make up >_>

I don't consider someone "known" until I've

Seen them
Know their name
Interacted with them somehow

Ahh...don't judge them too quickly. There are at least a few guys in every school that might appear to be shallow, but really aren't. I hear girls complaining about shallow guys constantly...if they would only take the time to get to know the ones that might not be, they might think differently...

I've only looked at juniors and seniors in my highschool, and I can tell you right now, the ratio of good guys to shallow guys is one in a million, seriously. That's why I decided that dating in highschool wasn't worth my time. The good guys are out of my league, so I'm hopeless.

The "good guys" generally don't focus nearly as much on these "leagues," so no, you're not hopeless.

Seriously. If you saw me in real life, you'd know that I don't have a chance at dating anyone unless that guy focuses on personality, which I doubt, considering the guys at my school. Bad experience draws me away every time.

So long as the girl is nice ill talk to her and stuff. Looks really dont mean much to me in terms of friends. And if im freinds long enough thats turns into GF but yah sure you get it by now.

Marluxia.

Your sig is enormous.

How is this possible?

FearItself

My advice is to not become friends first, because that makes the dating awkward. Take a chance and ask her out when you barely know her, then you can get to know her in the right way.
