What the hell?? Help??

 Okay so I wanted to play Half Life Two, and when i click on it its telling me to purchase it. AGAIN. And on the status it usually says "100% Complete - ValvE", and now it just says "Pre-Load complete"

And that s not all. ALL of my games are like that. If I have to re-buy all of my games I am going to FLIP OUT.

Uhh...check the Steam/Valve website for help?

Try uninstalling Steam, and reinstalling.

Like, actually going to Add and Remove Programs, uninstalling Steam, going to the Steam site, redownloading the .msi, and then reinstalling of your games.
