It'd have to have a special item with it for the first one, since it wouldn't evolve at night with G/S/C or D/P.
You people have to think of new ways, doing it the old fasion way wouldn't work if it couldn't happen in the game already.
It's really nice looking, but I honestly don't think Noctowl needs a new evolution. It's better to leave the best generations alone. :P
