Who's your starter Pokemon in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl?

Mine is Chimchar, just because I have a thing with Fire Pokemon. Then it evolved to Infernape and my friend stole him from me (after that I had no more powerful Pokemon), so I had to start the whole thing over.

I took Piplup in Pearl, and Turtwig in Diamond

I always choose Grass, so I got Turtwig first.

Then I chose Piplup when I got Diamond.

I hate all the starters in every game, as well as most of their evolutions as well...but I always choose water, and Empoleon is truly the only starter related pokemon I truly like...

It seems a lot of people chose Piplup. I like Water Pokemon, but I always start off with Fire Pokemon because they can get to be so powerful.
