I can imagine a large female cast, since the most important second players were mostly female.

Auron will probably be in this one. Vivi is more popular than Garnet, so I'm expecting him.
What is Yuna gonna do? Heal me to death? Unless the game uses FFX-2 Yuna in which case...yeah i can see it.

She'll be a summoner. At the same time, they could use both X and X-2 Yuna, allowing her to change like Cecil.
I can see her doing X-2 for her regular form, then go summon crazy for her EX Mode.

Yes. Because Rinoa got her power from Ultimecia, the villain. It wouldn't make sense to have, in theory, the same character.

And ehhhhhhhhhhhhh about the Rinoa thing. Ultimecia might have given Rinoa her powers, but the two did exist at the same time with the powers, and Rinoa kept them after Ultimecia's defeat. I don't see it as a stretch to have both in.

I already figured they were more when Gilgamesh made his brief appearance.
I'd say for one, we still need Pirate Captain Bikke. Come on, how fun would that be. Make him a joke character for Chaos who does jack ****.
For 2, I'd go Leon/Black Knight (alt). It's another Cecil/Kain team, except this one would have Leon on Chaos.
For 3, go with that dude. The guy who was the villain before COD came into the picture. I don't care about this game, so don't remember his name :/
4 is fine
5 is Gilgamesh
6 would be great to have Celes. She's already the games hero for the second half, and would be interesting to see her talk with both Kefka and Terra.
7 could have another because of popularity. Up in the air on this one. Vincent, a Turk, even Kadaj would be good choices.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the mystery character from the FF13-2 trailer. It could help generate hype if they make him out to be a badass.

I died of joy after hearing this. Also, Seifer would've been a nice villain.
This game will be a definite pickup for me once I get the money.
Beaten most of it now. I'm liking some of the new characters, but nothing really stands out to me.
