If you don't know what Last.FM is. You basically download this: http://www.last.fm/download
It's only a few MBs. You can use Media Player with it and it records everything you play, displays your stats, etc...

You can use the program itself to start a station or get recommendations that sound like Artists you listen to. If you hold the mouse cursor over your total number of played songs it shows the average number of songs you play in a day. The AVERAGE :P

If you make one now, it imports all of the music plays you have on any media player you import listens from onto the player onto your page, so you don't have to start from square one.
Zune Social is where it's at, and since it's basically a last.fm for Zune owners, I'll just give you that.
