Desktop pic isn't full, and it seems like you've got a lot of trialware. You get points for not using the fischer price theme, though.

What really isn't good is the blue space around the image. Either stretch or don't use it.
To improve:
-New desktop. That one is too small.
-Organize a bit better. Your folders are really spread out.
That's about it.

Blaziken: Nice, but the green looks weird with all the whites and blues.
Zov: Decent, but Bryce is much more powerful than that.
RedRaider: Needs better dock icons. Nice otherwise.

Pretty basic, but it looks nice enough 7.5/10.
I was messing around with the colors that day anyway, i just happen to leave it on green.

-get Internet Explorer 7, and Windows Media Player 11
-right click, properties, desktop, select "stretch" that should fix your wallpaper
-look up windows xp power toys, specifically tweak ui
-get firefox
-microsoft has downloads for Royale and Zune visual styles, check those out.
