Title: A little more help with movie maker...
Post by: Link1487 on September 24, 2007, 01:58:45 PM
Well with all of the pics, I had about an 8 minute presentation. But once I added in music/transitions, I now have about a 6 minute presentation.

What happened?? ???

How to fix any problems with Movie Maker:

Step One: Slap yourself for using Movie Maker.
Step Two: Get a Mac.
Step Three: Do whatever needs done on the superior program, iMovie.

Now, to be serious, for your problem, you probably managed to delete some stuff without knowing.

All of the slides are still there :( It says each one lasts for 5 minutes (like it's supposed to) but the math just doesn't work out...

One through it with a stopwatch, or something.

Transitions take about a second away from the overall timing because the clips overlap each other.

Is there a way to make the transitions shorter without manually doing it in the timeline?
