I have a dog named Ginger, and my little sister has a fish and a hamster. So 3.

Well, I don't take care of any of them myself, but there are more pets in my household than I can count:
One cat =3
Two bunnies
One quaker parakeet, who hates me
A smallish tank of fishes
A couple turtles
Four chinchillas
A bunch of sugar gliders, my guess is there's currently about 10
A bunch of degus (ugly brown rodents), probably about 10 of them too

My mom's crazy, keeping all these pets. She's had even more crazy things in the past, like raccoons, skunk, snapping turtles, etc. Leave me with just a cat or two and I'm good.
