Have a Steam group with another community for RTS games. Some of you might know who they are.

This group includes all RTS games, basically. I will make you a mod so you can post announcements for whenever thou wants to have a game (obviously Starcraft since this is being posted in here).
So basically, you get in the group, I make you a mod like everyone else, then once you feel like having a game, post an announcement (twice or thrice in case someone misses) saying "Starcraft Game: Msg Chief" or whatever, and there you go - once everyone is part of it, it will obviously be easier.

Long post short: For Starcraft games, join the Steam group BRB, RTS so we can organize once we feel like it.
