I say Super Metroid is due for a Metroid Zero Mission-style remake.
They should NOT touch FF7; unless the changes they make effect the story none.
I'd like to see a graphic enhancement, but with that would probably come the voices, and if I hear Cid use his Aussie voice one more time I'm liable to break something.

Pokemon Gold and Silver (SunGold and MoonSilver, lol. :P) should most definately have a remake. I'd love to go through both regions again.

FF7's remake would be the only reason for me to buy a PS3 now, because DMC4 was so screwballed by making Dante the villian.
I'd also like to see another new Musashi game, but that's not exactly a remake.
