Whenever I try to download something from microsoft it just gives me the basic IE Cannot Display The Webpage message, this happens with everything with microsoft, but other downloads work.

I've also tried FireFox, no luck.
IF U WERE KILLED TOMORROW, I WOULDNT GO 2 UR FUNERAL CUZ ID B N JAIL 4 KILLIN DA MOTHA FUKER THAT KILLED U!

You should try and contact them then.  I've downloaded some microsoft stuff before no problem.  If you are doing this on their official site just click on the contact us and leave your information.  They would be better able to assist you then anyone from here.
