The Purest Chaos
(This story takes place after Super Paper Mario and involves a lot about it. If you haven't played the game but want to join then I suggest you go to mariowiki.com and gather some general info about SPM Mainly that of Dimentio, Count Bleck, Tippi, the Pure Hearts, and the Chaos Heart...Oh...And I guess I should say spoilers for those who are playing the game and haven't beaten it.)
"This world...This perfect world... So now I have destroyed the Universe and started all anew. I suppose that I have achieved my goal. But...there are still those two and their Pure Hearts. Bah! I shouldn't really worry about them for they are oblivious like that of an animal trapped in a dark box. Unaware of their surroundings...Unaware of my achievement. I laugh at them. HA!" Dimentio said sitting in his throne in his castle ruling over the world of Dementia. "Those foolish two think that they're safe from me using that excuse for power. I remember how it all happened..."
This is the horrible tragedy of what has happened. Dimentio has succeeded in his evil plan to destroy the universe and create a new world and has now made everything to his liking. It all started back at Castle Bleck...Mario, Luigi, Bowser, and Peach was about to beat Dimentio but he had plans otherwise. "You think you can beat me you foolish mortals? Well then prepare yourself." He teleported away and when he teleported back, he had brought back the Chaos Heart. It started to pull everything in there, except for Dimentio, into the Dark Void. "Prepare to meet your game's end. Ciao!" He said that and disappeared to the safety of Dimension D, a place of his creation. Count Blumiere and Tippi watched in horror as the four heroes were sucked up into the vortex.
"Oh no! We have to do something!" Tippi cried out.
"I'm afraid that there's nothing we can do." Blumiere said holding onto Tippi. "There's just one thing I have to say before our games end."
"What is it?" Tippi replied.
"I...I love you." He said.
"Why-...I love you too." She said.
Just then, the Pure Hearts were restored of their power from the two's love and took Count Blumiere and Tippi away to a land where they could be together. That place was The Purest Land. A place that the Ancients created that the Chaos Heart couldn't touch. The Pure Hearts sensed the love that was that of Blumiere and Tippi (who has now resumed her human form there, Timpani.) and took them to a place where they'd be safe. However, Dimentio tried to get rid of them, the Pure Hearts prevented him from killing them so he had to leave them but he had plans for them later. He knew the items they both possessed within them that would bring them to him...However, that's for later.
Dimentio took the Chaos Heart and formed it into a powerful orb, known as the Heart of All Chaos. He used his new source of power and created the world of Dementia. It was a mostly peaceful land. People would go about their usual day. Only Dimentio had full control and power. There were 4 major lands. Each of these four lands split off into two opposing kingdoms. The opposing kingdoms were Kingdom Hate represented by strength and Kingdom Love represented by healing, Kingdom Courage represented with fire and Kingdom Humble represented with lightning, Kingdom Light represented by light magic and Kingdom Dark represented by dark magic, and finally Kingdom Pure represented by purity and Kingdom Chaos represented by chaos.
This was the only place where any sort of fighting occurred. Between those opposing kingdom. And whenever there was fighting, Dimentio would watch the small wars that would happen for his own entertainment. The only place that was immune to all the fighting was Kingdom D. A place where people from all kingdoms lived and lived peacefully. However, it was not easy to get in to this paradise. Only by Dimentio's approval could you enter and all those who didn't abide to this and would sneak in were to be immediately trapped in Dimension D. to stay there and die.
Now, all hope has not been lost in bringing back the universe that Dimentio destroyed. There exists a magical orb in each kingdom. Each orb corresponding to that kingdom. The orbs were created by the spirits of Mario (Courage), Luigi (Humble), Peach (Love), Bowser (Hate), Timpani (Light), Blumiere (Dark), The Purest Heart [or Pure Hearts] (Pure), and Chaos [Remember, Dimentio already has this orb. The Heart of All Chaos] (Chaos Heart). When they are brought together, they bring forth a force ten fold (X10) more powerful than that of the Purest Heart's and the Chaos Heart's power combined! The power of this can undo the power of evil in the right hands but in the wrong hands, it becomes unstoppable. Are you up to save the universe?
Now here's where you come in. You are one of the few people from each kingdom to gain the power of that kingdom. (As in, you have the power of fire if you are from Kingdom Courage, Lightning if you are from Kingdom Humble, etc.)You are one of the lucky people who have gained access to Kingdom D. However, you feel that something isn't right about this world. You feel that this isn't right. There should be much more to all this. Now you are going to risk your safety along with 6 other chosen people to find out the truth about Dimentio's reign. With each Orb (other than the Purest Orb and the Heart of All Chaos) lies the history of those characters and their past and small parts of the old universe. The Purest orb and the Heart of All Chaos contain the information of how the Purest Heart and the Chaos heart were used and the truth about the world of Dementia. Are you ready for the adventure of your life?
Character Form
• Name- just first name is okay but it can be longer
• Age- somewhere between 12-20 please
• Race- (you can be a human or a character from a Mario game.)
• Kingdom you came from- (This will determine the powers you have) Courage, Humble, Love, Hate, Light, Dark, Pure, and Chaos (The kingdom you come from doesn't have to affect your personality but it will affect your powers. Also, please choose one of the kingdoms that someone hasn't already chosen. If someone took the kingdom that you want to be from...tough luck. Sorry, that's how it has to be for the story.)
• Appearance- Please put in a description and/or picture
• Personality- Remember, your personality doesn't have to be dependant on what kingdom you come from. Only your powers will be affected by that.
• Other- If you feel like I left something out, put it here. :P
Note about the Light and Dark Kingdom people
Whoever chooses these two kingdoms will eventually become Timpani and Blumiere. (Mentally, not physically in appearance ;)) So that means there will probably be a bit of a love affair going on there :P
Rules
All the kind of stuff you'd normally find in the rules. Also, do not whine if you weren't online when we did something. Everybody's going to travel in a group so it's going to be hard for everybody to be on at the same time. ;)
Important Character list
Dimentio-(http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h123/picturize/Dimentio.png)- The main protagonist. He is the ruler of the world Dementia. He has control over the Heart of All Chaos making him the most powerful being to exist! That is why nobody opposes him. He loves being entertained by other magicians. However...To rule over an entire world can be tough especially to be in two places at once so he created the following three copies of him.
Dimentiono-(http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h123/picturize/Dimentiono.png)- He is basically an exact copy of Dimentio except for one crucial factor. He does not wield the Heart of All Chaos so he only has magic as powerful as Dimentio used to be.
Dimentio's Shadow-(http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h123/picturize/Dimentiosshadow.png)- A less powerful clone of Dimentio. Although, since he is a shadow, he pertains to some extra abilities. For one, he completely blends in with shadows created by objects so he can hide where ever there is a shadow. This also lets him do the following two things. He is invulnerable hiding in the shadows but he can still attack. And he can take over the shadow of somebody's body and use it against him/her. (Much like Shadoo could.)
Anti-Dimentio-(http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h123/picturize/Dimentio_anti.png)- As being the "Anti" of Dimentio, he replaces magic mostly with strength although his body does not show it. He is skilled in the martial arts of fighting instead of the dark arts of magic. The only magic he really uses is his ability to teleport and to switch anything to its opposite using his "Anti" powers. (Specifically things like good to evil or dead to alive.)
Anti-Dimentiono's Shadow-(http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h123/picturize/Dimentiono_Anti_Shadow.png)- When the time calls for it, the three Dimentio copies come together to form a powerful "Super Dimentio." As you may have guessed, this Dimentio has the power of all three of the clones put together into one being of death. This guy is not to be fooled around with. Only when the three Dimentio clones become very angry do they come together like this. Even though they have much more power than the three of them separated, Dimentio is still more powerful than this form.

• Personality- A little standoffish because he tended to be made fun when he was younger. Does not take offense well, but deals it out easily. Basically, not someone you'd expect to come from the land of purity.
• Other- Due to rare genetic 'glitch', Kleft was a Paratroopa born to Koopa parents. Hence his name starting with a K instead of a P. He was raised in an exclusively Koopa Troopa city, when his wings made him something of an outcast.

Ic// Mephistopheles was walking around in Kingdom D admirring its peace and beuty. "Wow. This place is pretty nice." He had just recently been accepted into the large city. "I wonder why Dimentio chose me to be here? I mean I am 13 years old...Maybe it's because I'm his number one fan!" He said smiling to himself.

Lux was going around Kingdom D, wondering why he had been chosen to come here. He hated Dimentio, after all.
Mephistopheles walked inbetween two buildings and he stopped once he heard a voice that seemed to come from nowhere.
"Hey, you. Yeah kid. Come over here." He said in a scratchy old voice.
"Who said that?" Mephistopheles said looking around finding that the street he was walking on was apparently empty.
"Over here, kid." A hand covered in a long sleeve appeared out of the dark ally waved him over.
Matt (I'm just going to use his nick-name, Matt, from now on) walked on over nervously. "What do you want?"
"Oh, it's not what I want, It's what everybody needs."
"And what would that be?" Matt said getting ready to leave.
"The truth of all this."
"You know what, this is just weirding me out. I'm going." Matt said turning around.
"Wait. Come back here, Mephistopheles!" He said starting to get a bit louder.
Matt turned around quickly. "How do you know my name?"
"That's not important now. I'll tell you later once you find these people." He handed Matt a piece of paper that had 8 names on there, one being his own. "Bring these people back here and I'll tell you more of why I know you."
"O- O...kay." Matt said walking away while looking at the paper. "I guess I'll find...Lux first."
Lux was wandering, admiring the lush beauty of the kimgdom.
Matt unfolded the paper some more and it revealed a picture of Lux. Hm...so he's a boo. I suppose I better start my search more thoroughly now. He continued to walk around constantly changing from looking at the people around him to looking at the picture of Lux. He didn't want to accidentally talk to the wrong person.
Lux saw a boy looking at a piece of paper.
Hm...that looks like him. "Um...hey, are you...Lux?" Matt said.
Alex layed down in a park.He didn't care that someone riding a bike triped over him.It didn't bother him because of his shell.
"Why am I here?"
He didn't realize he said it out loud,though he didn't care.Some faces turned to look at him.Zlex got into a sitting position and looked around.This place was so much more beautiful then hate.Wich alleyways were very dank and the sky was always black.He layed back down,wishing he could go back.
Lux, startled by the question, nodded.
"Don't worry, I'm just as confused as you are right now." He walked over and stuck out his hand to shake. "My name's Mephistopheles but you can call me Matt."
"Obviously, you already know my name," said Lux, shaking the hand.
"Ah. Right." He said taking another look at the list. "It seems that the next guy I need to find is Alex." He started to walk off. "Okay, let's go."
Lux followed, still a little stunned.
"Um...would you happen to know this guy?" He said showing Lux the picture of Alex.
"Nope."
"Darn. Oh well. I guess we'll have to find him the old fashion way." He said looking around. "Where do you think we should look first?"
Miles had just woken up after a late night of partying. While wandering around the town half asleep, he was rudely greeted by his grumbling stomach, "Ugh, I'm starving," he muttered. His hunger grew and before he knew it he was searching frantically for food. He saw a pair of people, a boo and a human, and approached them, "Dude! Do you guys have any idea where I can get some food?! I'm starved!"
"Nop-" He looked at Miles and looked back at the paper. He held up the paper to get a picture comparison. "You wouldn't happen to be...Miles. Would you?"
"Uh, yeah I am but I gotta go, I'm starving!" and with that Miles dashed off to find a restaurant.
"...Huh?" Matt stood there dazed and confuzed. He then snapped back to reality. "Hey! Wait up!" He started running after Miles. I can't beleive that I'm doing this right now!
Lux stayed there for a moment, then vanished out of sight. He reappeared hn front of Miles, stopping him.
Miles sharply turned around to see the human following him and the boo suddenly in front of him. "Ahh!!! Would ya stop followin' me! I'm reallyreallyreallyreallyreallyreallyreallyreallyreallyreallyreallyreallyreally HUNGRY!!! Whadda ya want, dudes?!!"
"Well...It's not what we want. It's what this guy wants." (That sort of sounded like it would come from the Mafia. :P) Matt said. "Well...I suppose we could all eat right now. It's give me time to sort of explain what's going on."
"If you're buyin', then I'll listen to you as long as you want!" Miles said with a chuckle as he began to follow the human, not knowing what he was about to get himself into.
"Okay then...I guess." He said a bit nervous not knowing how much this guy could eat. "Do you know a good place to eat. I haven't been in this kingdom for too long."
"Hmm..actually I just moved in too....oh look! There's a little cafe! We can go there!" Miles said as he pulled his benefactor's arm to the restaurant.
(Hey, I had benefactor for vocabulary 3 weeks ago! :P) Matt couldn't help but be pulled along. "Um...By the way, the name's Mephistopheles but you can call me Matt."
"Well, my name's Miles, " he said still rushing to the cafe, "but you can call me a hungry Ukiki until the bill is payed and my stomach is full. Who are you?" Miles said as he pointed to the boo.
Uh oh...My wallet doesn't like the sound of his 'nick-name' He sat down at the table with Miles and picked up the menu to look at it.
"Lux," he replied coldly.
Hey guys, sorry but I can't be a part of this. I just don't really feel like it.
Um...Okay then.
"Okey dokey, Lux," Miles looked at his menu and got a waitress' attention. "Ok I'll have the triple pancake combo with eggs, scrambled with a dash of pepper please, the fruit salad hold the cantaloupe, hash browns with extra ketchup, two English muffins with raspberry jam, a parfait, three chocolate chip cookies and a cold milk with a bendy straw please. I'm done, what do you guys want?"
OoC: I wanna change my character to a Yoshi, please. ;)
Alex awoke with a start from a pinge of hunger.He was still laying in the park.He got up and looked around.Kingdom D was still as sickenly beautiful as ever.He walked around some more before finally finding a cafe and walked in.It was a small,extremely clean little place.He noticed a human,boo and mankey at a table,though he paid no mind to them.He walked up to the bar and sat.
"What can I get'cha koop?"The barkeep said.
"Give me a burger and a punch."Alex said cooly as the barkeep wrote down the order and made the boo chefs get to work.
Ooc// Okay, but only because we're not too far into the story.
Ic// Ouch, that's going to hurt. "I'll just take some pancakes and some milk."
"Meh," said Lux with shrug.
"Alright, so what's going on here?" the Yoshi asked as he chomped down his food.
OoC: I'm editing my character profile to make it a Yoshi.
Matt just frooze there for a second. He just realizing that even he didn't really know what was going on. "Well...Um...you see."
Ooc// Okay then. I'm going to take a shower now.

Ic// "Um...Okay, so I was walking around the city and all the sudden, all the streets are empty and the only person there is a guy shrouded in shadows. He wves me over to him." He made glances around to make sure everybody was listening.
Kleft looked around Kingdom D's main city, having no clue where to go. Upon being invited from the Koopa village in the Light Kingdom, the Paratroopa had instantly decided to come, sure he would meet much less prejudice here. Or at least, he hoped so.
Matt continued on with his story after taking a bite of the food that was brought. "I was already very weirded out about this so I walk away, but then he calls me by my name. I mean this is a complete stranger and he knows my name. He gave me this paper," He said holding up the paper with the names and pictures on it. "and tells me that if I bring him these people, he'll tell us the 'truth.'"

"I would suggest you watch your temper, or Dimentio may kick you out. And I am sure you would not like that," said Lux coldly.
Matt lifted his finger as if to say something but was completely stumped by this comment. "...Well, I still want to find out what this 'truth' thing really is." Matt said taking another bite of his food.
Lux merely shrugged. He was smiling on the inside about finding this kids weak point.
Matt sat there with a frown on his face. He never liked to be stumped when trying to be sereous. He sat there and looked around the restaurant.
Getting bored, Lux got an idea. He vanished from his spot at he table and reappeared in front of Matt, using his Spook ability to try and scare him.

Matt saw the look on Lux's face and knew what was coming. He figured that since he dressed to look a lot like Dimentio, he'd trick him. He pulled out a replica of Dimentio's mask and put it on just before Lux appeared.
Miles looked at them oddly, while shoveling food into his mouth. "So, are we like the only ones you need to find or what?" he said with food still in his mouth.
"Uh, yeah. That won't work," he said, reaching to remove the mask.
"Well...It was worth a try." Matt said with a shrug. He took off the mask himself and looked at Miles who was being a bit grotesque with his eating manners. "Well...there are still some other people on this list so there are still others that we need to find...I guess."
"How many more?"
"Well, we need to find four more people so it shouldn't be too long."
"Then lets go! I'd like to get on with my life."
"Wait. I still have to pay for Miles's meal." He called the waitress over and looked at the bill...He fainted and fell out of his chair onto the ground with a loud thump. After a few seconds of laying down there, he jumped back up and looked at the bill again. "305 coins! That's practically a year's allowance for me!" He looked in his wallet. Luckilly, he had his coin card with him. (a coin card is basically an easier way of carrying a lot of coins) "I suppose that...I won't be...buying anything for a while...I guess." He said a bit shocked at the outrageous price of the meal that he had just provided for this yoshi he hardly even knew.
Miles let out a huge burp as he drowsily followed his two new mates. "Oooooh, thanks dude. I guess I'll...BUUUURP....just follow your 'round and lend you my...BUUUUURP..skills since you helped me out. So who's the next..BURP..person on that list thing? BUUUUUUUUURP"
Lux rolled his eyes, vanished, and came back with about two hundred coins.

"Let me check." He pulled out the paper and to his shock, it was completely empty. "WHAT! The paper's empty!" He flipped it over to the other side frantically but to no provail. "What the heck!" Matt was starting to get nervous. "What happened to it!" He started to walk out of the restaurant.
As Alex was eating his food he noticed the human screaming on about something but payed no mind.The burger he ate was sub-par and the punch was generic.He only ate a little more then half and walked out of the resteraunt without paying his tab.He was behind the human,and wished he would move faster.
Matt got the feeling that someone was behind him. He turned around and took a quick glimps of Alex. He took a couple more steps and then whipped back around. "Wait a minute...Are you...Alex?" I remember seeing this guy on the paper before it went blank.
Kleft felt hungry, so he started walking towards a restaurant. However, when he saw the human panicking inside, he began to wonder wether or not he should enter. His growling stomach answered his question, and he went in.
"Aaa-yup."Alex muttured as he walked quickly past the human who oddly knew his name.He was probally with the government.He grasped the hilt of his sword and sped up a little more.
"...Hey! Wait up!" Matt said following Alex.
"Why?"Alex said,unintrigued,and still walked at his quick pace.
Well...Do you want to learn the...'truth'?" Matt said trying to keep up. "I've gotten the feeling that although this world is pretty great, that there used to be something much bigger and more grand than just one world. Do you have that same feeling?"
The last thing that the human said struck a nerve.Alex unsheathed his sword and grabed the human by the colar.
"Why would you know that?"
"How should I know!?!" Matt said panicked by now. "It's just this feeling that I get."
Alex threw him on the floor,tuned around,and started walking away in one sweeping motion.
"Why would you ask me that then?"
"Well...I don't know but I know one thing...You just need to trust me now." Matt said getting up off of the floor.
"Why would I trust a stranger?"
Alex stoped,not wanting to be bothered,but still wanting to listen.
"Hey, if I could trust a stranger to tell me something important, then I'm pretty sure that you could trust me." Matt said.

Alex waited there.He looked at the human walk away.He had just realized he was extremely bored,so he followed him.He didn't let him know,though.He made it seem like he was walking in the same direction.
