They feel constricted a hurt really bad. I'm not sure, it's been like this for a few days now. I don't know what's wrong. I took a Moltren but nothing.
Have someone massage them.

I think it might be because of my sinus infection.
Try walking.
If the muscles feel locked or constricted, walking will loosen them.
Take some Advil, maube that will help.
or just take some xanax bars the help, but be realllyyyyyy careful im srs.
